As vice president, Human Resources, Sue manages MSI’s human resources function and organizational dynamics within a global environment. She provides extensive guidance and support to meet corporate goals and maintain a competitive position within the marketplace. She also actively participates on the senior leadership team.
Sue has more than 25 years of progressive experience in the human resources field. Prior to joining MSI, she served as vice president of Human Resources for Relocation Resources International, Inc. (RRI) for over a dozen years. In this role, she was a key architect of their global HR policy and programs and key strategic advisor to all executive and management colleagues. Before RRI, Sue was vice president of Human Resources for Rockland Federal Credit Union, a community based lender, where she oversaw and managed the HR function.
Sue’s area of expertise include global recruitment strategy, competitive compensation and benefit models, employee relations initiatives, professional development and leadership fundamentals, and employee recognition.
Sue holds a bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College and is an active member of several national, regional, and local HR associations, including the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the New England Human Resources Association (NEHRA), and other professional business organizations throughout New England.
