Timm holds memberships in a number of industry organizations and was a participant in Inc. magazine’s prestigious Birthing of Giants program for young entrepreneurs, founders, and owners of growing companies. He serves on the board of directors at Easter Seals of New Hampshire, and the Farnum Center, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility also located in New Hampshire.
Eric is COO and CIO of MSI GTS. He is a seasoned executive and senior technologist with 25 years in executive management, technology, and business leadership roles. He has been an officer and senior leader of many successful healthcare, pharmaceutical, life science, and global human capital companies. He is a team-oriented business builder with proven expertise in developing, growing and scaling organizations through innovative strategies, planning, and execution.
Eric has a solid track record and reputation for providing strong corporate leadership, management, and direction with a keen understanding of applying tactical business and technology strategies that create new business offerings, advanced capabilities, market differentiation and competitive advantages.
He has strong business development, relationship building, sales and marketing skills. He possesses an in-depth understanding and action-oriented mentality for what it takes to set, execute and achieve aggressive business goals and objectives. Eric has a proven ability to develop, coach and lead teams of highly skilled motivated individuals to work together to achieve business results.
Eric is a creative and strategic “outside the box” thinker, leader, entrepreneur, and investor with the vision, commitment, desire and passion to successfully drive and accomplish business growth plans, goals and objectives.
As Chief Financial Officer for MSI GTS since 2002, Liz directs all financial aspects of the business, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, interface with the financial community, financial analysis, and joint venture planning and agreements. She also monitors and reports on the company’s financial performance.
Liz has developed the accounting, finance, billing, and expense management functions of MSI to accommodate a full service portfolio of relocation products both in the United States and in the 190-plus countries and territories MSI operates in.
Before joining MSI, she held senior financial management positions with American Express and Brigham & Women’s Faulkner Hospital in Boston.
Liz brings more than 20 years of financial management experience and expertise to MSI, which includes more than 15 years in the workforce mobility industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boston College and a master’s degree in finance from Bentley College.
LAURIE ALLEN, CRP, GMS
As VP Worldwide Operations Global Mobility, Laurie is responsible for the company’s global strategic and operational activities related to the relocation side of MSI’s business. A key facet of her role is to maximize client satisfaction, client retention and MSI’s growth and profitability. Prior to her current role, Laurie was vice president, client operations, where she was responsible for the overall health of MSI’s client engagements.
Laurie has over 25 years’ experience in the relocation field, and joined MSI as a relocation counselor in 2007 and has moved in to increasingly responsible roles within the mobility division – her expertise includes all aspects of the mobility business, including client relocation policy development, homesale programs, supplier management, expense reporting, auditor and relocation technology systems.
Prior to MSI, Laurie worked at RRI in a variety of relocation roles. Laurie earned her BA with Honors in Political Science from American International College in Springfield MA. She also holds the Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP) designation from Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (WERC) as well as the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation. She is a strong advocate of the Girl Scout organization.
NELLIE BLOOM, GPHR, EA
As President, MSI Global Tax and Compensation, Nellie is responsible for the strategic direction and management of MSI’s global tax and compensation division. Her goal is the delivery of timely and accurate reporting to our clients and ensuring that they remain in compliance with local reporting requirements. Nellie serves as MSI’s in-house subject matter expert for both U.S. individual income tax and reporting requirements and global compensation tax issues.
Nellie brings more than 15 years of experience to this role. Before joining MSI she was employed in the international expatriate tax department of PricewaterhouseCoopers. More recently, she was a senior manager at Deloitte. Her role included day to day oversight of client engagements as well policy development and benchmarking projects.
Nellie holds a master’s degree in accounting and an MBA in international human resource and global development from the University of Phoenix. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Montclair State University. She is currently certified with the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the Society of Human Resources. Nellie is also an Enrolled Agent (admitted to practice before the IRS) and a member of the National Society of Tax Professionals.
BARBARA CASIERE, CRP, GMS
As VP Governance and Quality Assurance for MSI GTS, Barbara manages MSI’s governance based quality initiatives and drives quality improvements across the organization. She ensures that MSI is delivering the highest quality of service to our clients.
Prior to her current role, Barbara was vice president, U.S. Operations, where she planned and directed the company’s U.S. strategic and operational activities to maximize client satisfaction and MSI’s growth and profitability. She also headed MSI’s U.S. operations management team and Client Services teams.
Barbara has more than 20 years of HR, relocation, real estate, and corporate management experience and expertise in developing relocation policy and processes. Before joining MSI, she held management positions within other organizations, supervising global operations teams, conducting training, and managing team operations and service quality.
Barbara is an honors graduate of Katharine Gibbs with a degree in business. She is a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (ERC), from which she received her Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist™ (GMS) designations.
LINDA GIRARD, CRP
As the VP Strategic Initiatives for MSI GTS Linda is responsible for developing and implementing process engineering and process design elements and strategies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of MSI’s operating divisions. She also collaborates with divisional leaders to establish processes and implement strategies for business expansion.
Linda brings more than 25 years of business experience to her role, with the majority in the mobility industry. Before joining MSI, she was employed by a human capital organization; here, her roles included finance lead, organization effectiveness, and director, relocation finance. Linda’s responsibilities included daily oversight of finance operations and managing various acquisition, migration, and system integration projects.
Linda holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Emmanuel College and an associate’s degree in accounting from Northeastern University. She also holds the Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP) designation from Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (ERC).
As SVP Global Talent Strategy for MSI GTS, Kim provides strategic direction for the design, development, and implementation of global talent and expansion programs that help organizations acquire, develop, and mobilize their critical talent worldwide. Within the complex world of Human Capital today, Kim assists HR executives in meeting their company goals of competing and growing globally. His collaborative design thinking disciplines assist them to successfully execute their design and global strategies.
Before joining MSI he served as vice president of sales and consulting/assignment management and tax compensation at Weichert; manager, Deloitte, Global Employer Services (GES); executive director, global sales, Ernst & Young LLP; vice president, sales and outsourcing, Cartus/Cendant; and vice president of sales at Prudential Relocation.
As President, MSI Global Immigration, Carolina is responsible for the strategic direction and management of MSI’s global immigration division.
Before joining MSI she held a senior management position for HRS Relocation International. Her responsibilities included formulating policies and business strategies and overseeing the company’s overall strategic direction. Carolina was also responsible for global accounts (global vendors and international clients in North America and Europe) and maintained contact with global clients’ IAMs to ensure policy compliance.
Carolina also worked for SRS Immigration in multiple roles, with increasing responsibilities. Areas of focus included expatriate policy counseling, destination services, international transportation, property management, tenancy management, intercultural services, visa/immigration services, ongoing assignment support, repatriation and compensation, and benefits counseling.
She is a graduate of Instituto Universitario Antonio Jose de Sucre, and is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
As VP of Human Resources for MSI GTS, Sue manages MSI’s human resources function and organizational dynamics within a global environment. She provides extensive guidance and support to meet corporate goals and maintain a competitive position within the marketplace. She also actively participates on the senior leadership team.
Sue has more than 25 years of progressive experience in the human resources field. Prior to joining MSI, she served as vice president of human resources for RRI for over a dozen years. In this role, she was a key architect of its global HR policy and programs and key strategic advisor to all executive and management colleagues. Prior to RRI, Sue was vice president of human resources for Rockland Federal Credit Union, a community based lender.
Sue’s areas of expertise include global recruitment strategy, competitive compensation and benefit models, employee relations initiatives, professional development and leadership fundamentals, and employee recognition.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College and is an active member of several national, regional, and local HR associations, including the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the New England Human Resources Association (NEHRA), and other professional business organizations throughout New England.
Prior to joining MSI, he held senior marketing and management positions for companies in the United States, Canada, and Europe. These included Hammer and Co., where he served as the head of marketing and communications and was a 2011 MITX finalist, having transformed Hammer’s teaching methodology through the innovative use of iPads and real-time integrated mobile apps.
Nick has also served in senior marketing and management positions at AIG and Zipcar in Washington DC.
He attended the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, in the UK and served as a commissioned officer in the British Army.
