In addition to government mandates, we are modifying day-to-day business operations, closely following the recommendations set forth by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This includes taking the immediate action of suspending all business travel for MSI employees, until further notice. While our preference is to meet with our customers face-to-face, we believe that suspending business travel in favor of virtual meetings (Zoom) is imperative to ensure everyone’s safety.
In addition, MSI is available to conduct a “virtual” Design Thinking Lab (SIRT), to help you work through the organizational issues and challenges you face in light of the current COVID-19 pandemic.
