United States—President Trump to Sign Executive Order Today to Temporarily Suspend Immigration into the United States

In a tweet overnight, President Trump claimed he will be signing an executive order today temporarily suspending immigration into the United States.  It is still unclear as to what mechanism he will use to suspend immigration, how long the suspension could last or the effect this will have at the U.S. borders and on those who already hold green cards or visas.  We are monitoring the situation and will release another alert as soon as the executive order is issued.
